What services are available?
Our Men’s Health Clinic specialises in helping men better understand and manage their health needs. Our male men’s health nurse practitioner can provide annual check-ups, health assessments, information and support to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.
A 45-minute consultation is all that’s needed for a complete health check. A range of health education programs are available for workplace and the general community designed to suit individual needs.

Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to attend our Men’s Health Clinic.
Do you offer sexual health services at the clinic?
Yes, sexual health services are provided at the Men’s Health Clinic, including STI checks and are provided in a confidential environment with our male men’s health nurse practitioner.
Do you offer services for the LGBTIQ+ community at the clinic?
Yes, definitely. Besides all the sexual and general health services offered through the clinic we can provide the free meningococcal C and Hepatitis vaccines. Please call us on (03) 5406 1200 for more information on these.
What if I don’t want to go to a Men’s Health Clinic?
You can access GPs for all general health needs at our medical practices at the Bendigo, Mitchell Street and Kangaroo Flat sites. To make an appointment to see one of our GPs, call 5406 1200.

People turn to illicit and prescription drugs to overcome life issues. If drugs have started to take hold of your life we can help you:

What is the age of men/youth that you provide services for?
Our men’s health nurse practitioner will men of any age requiring the men’s health clinic for a range of services including counselling, sexual health, STI checks, prostate health, bowel health and diet and exercise.
Do you provide education?
The male nurse practitioner can attend for male sexual health education. Education programs are available for workplaces. The nurse practitioner can attend for general health and wellbeing education.

Our men’s health male nurse practitioner regularly speaks at business, community, education and sporting organisations about the importance of men’s health and why men should look after themselves. Information for health professionals/welfare agencies and hospitals
We accept referrals from community services such as hospitals, private psychology and counselling practices. No referral is required for your client. Our services can sometimes have a small waiting period for an appointment. Please call 5406 1200 to confirm.
All appointments are bulk billed.
