Trans and Gender Diverse Clinic
The BCHS Gender Clinic is embedded within our Sexual & Reproductive Health Hub. We believe that trans and gender diverse people deserve to be seen, respected and supported. We are committed to providing safe and inclusive care.
Our fortnightly clinic welcomes anyone over the age of 16 years. Services available will depend on your journey, but may include:
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Gender affirming sexual healthcare, including contraceptive options; STI testing and treatment; and PrEP and PEP.
- Referral pathways.

Accessing the service
You do not need a referral to attend our clinic.
Fees may apply for non-concession card holders. See our fees page for costs or speak to your doctor.

- Support groups for LGBTIQA+ young people aged 12-25
- Support groups for parents of trans youth
- LGBTIQA+ inclusion training for oganisations, such as schools or workplaces.
