Read a book, listen to meditation or a podcast, colour or paint or just ask yourself ‘How am I feeling right now?’ Anything that gives your mind a freshen up and a rest from normal day to day activity.

Here’s a breathing technique you can do at home, work or school:

1. Sit or lay down
2. Inhale a deep breath
3. Hold
4. Exhale
5. Repeat for 10 breaths
6. Focus on your breathing and try to Take Notice of how your body feels before and after.

There’s some great apps you can use on your phone to help such as Smiling Minds which provides meditation for all ages.
